Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
This project consists of demolition work at the District’s stadium facility and at the new transportation facility property. Demolition work shall include disconnecting and/or capping and marking existing utilizes and placement and compaction of select fill, all as indicated.
JOBSITE(S):
· Marlin ISD - Legion Field - Stadium: 5129 Hwy 7, Marlin, TX 76661 (Approx.)
· Marlin ISD - New Transportation Facility: 209 Green Street, Marlin, TX 76661
ALTERNATE(S):
· Alternate-1: All demolition work at the stadium property excepting the demolition of the old field house on the north side of the property.
· Alternate-2: Demolition of the old fieldhouse at the north side of the stadium property.
