The Project consists of the full demolition of the existing 9,200 SF Cameron House and new construction including work rooms, offices, and restrooms. As well as the 1,100 square foot outbuilding and outdoor plaza area on the McLennan Community College Campus.
Trades Include: Demolition, Metal Fabrication, Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Openings, Finishes, Specialties (Signage, Toilets, Fire Protection), Furnishings (Window Shades, Countertops), Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Communications, Electronic Safety and Security, and Earthwork

· Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form.
· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
