Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
Manor ISD is soliciting proposals from qualified Construction firms for District Campus Parking and Traffic Improvements in connection with the following Project(s):
· Manor ES - Early Learning Center: Reconstruction of existing parking facilities, and reconstruction of a new parking facility and new road construction in accordance to Exhibit A plans.
· Shadow Glen ES: Reconstruction of existing parking facilities, and reconstruction of a new parking facility and new road construction in accordance to Exhibit B plans.
JOBSITE(S):
· Manor ES - Early Learning Center: 12904 Gregg Manor Rd., Manor, TX 78653
· Shadow Glen ES: 12000 Shadow Glen Trace, Manor, TX 78653
OTHER INFORMATION:
· Cost Estimate: $2,500,000 per Bonfire Portal
· Construction Schedule (Anticipated):
o Start Date: Unspecified
o Substantial Completion Date: 08-01-2024 per ADD-02
SUBCONTRACTORS - ALL:
· HCS is requesting that ALL Pricing be submitted by: NOON
· Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form.
· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
