Work includes the construction of a new approximate 10,000 sf two-story office building for the Hill Country Child Advocacy Center to include new offices, observation rooms, and meetings areas to help with investigations of crimes against children.

· ALT-01: Provide price for horizontal louver blinds for all windows in lieu of window shades.
