Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible vendors to perform all operations required for the construction of building improvements to the existing 8,000 sq-ft Building E and its open shop area to Class B office space at LCRA’s Dalchau Service Center by providing 6 offices, 12 workstations, and 30 hotel workstations.
The work consists of upgrading and retrofitting the electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, and telecommunication systems, asbestos-containing material removal, renovation of restroom and breakroom, flooring and suspended ceiling, conversion of shop roll up doors to “storefront” windows with personnel access doors, roof replacement including skylight removal, walls details for new and repurposed walls including exposed masonry walls.
The scope of work for this project is an interior renovation for a full tenant improvement. Project includes selective demolition, partition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, finishes, and life safety.

· Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form.
· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
