Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
Work includes constructing new sidewalks for pedestrian access from Griffith Hall to the Student Services Center. The project includes tree clearing and demolition of existing hardscaping and sidewalks; sidewalk improvements that include the installation of approximately 160 LF of dual 5-foot sidewalk, approximately 390 LF of single 5-foot sidewalk, and approximately 100 LF of 5-foot “forklift path” sidewalk that includes additional flat work and curb ramp; installation of two concrete slabs for picnic areas; drainage improvements that includes the installation of approximately 440 LF of 12-inch and 18-inch HDPE storm drain pipe and appurtenances; and grading and hydromulching to restore the project area.

· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
