Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
1.       Existing Building is 5,870 Total SF (2,935 SF per Floor) of enclosed area with additional porch and patio areas.
2.       Renovation and Addition work includes:
A.      New Kitchen Equipment
B.      Expanding Event Space and Shifting the Stage on both Floors
C.      Providing Structural Modifications to the Foundation and removing some Existing Columns
D.      Moving Restrooms, Elevator and Storage to a New Two-Story Addition on both Floors
E.       Updating Mechanical Equipment
F.       Adding Technology (Wifi and Speaker Systems)
G.      Adding Changing Rooms on the Pool Level
H.      Updating Lighting
I.         Adding a Covered Canopy
