| Scope |
Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
Scope of work includes the construction of a new EMS building and the remodeling of the existing ambulance bay building.
· The western most bay door will be enlarged to 12x12.
· All three bay doors will be replaced with new matching insulated doors and electric motorized openers.
· Electrical will be replaced and upgraded it will also accommodate service of three 30-amp ambulance shore power drops.
· LED lighting throughout the bays.
· The building will require NG powered heaters in the bay area, sized to provide adequate heat to the bays.
· All electrical conduit will be run after spray foam and foam painting are complete.
· The building will be spray foam insulated with no less than one inch of closed cell foam and the foam shall be painted a color of the owners choosing.
· The interior walls shall be covered with metal sheets to a height of no less than 8 feet.
· The exterior of the building will be reskinned with new metal sheets to match the new building.
· The roof will be replaced with new metal sheets to match the new building.
· An emergency generator with automatic transfer switch will be installed and sized to provide backup power to both the apparatus bay and EMS station in their entirety.

· Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form.
· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
