Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
Work includes renovations and MEP upgrades to four (4) apartment buildings that contain twenty-two (22) individual apartment units. Included in the Phase 13 Scope of Work are building numbers 3491, 3551, 3553, and 3557.
Installation of new heat pump HVAC units within each apartment, and associated ductwork; replacement of existing windows and patio doors with aluminum windows, hinged wood-framed, and door hardware; modifications to interior walls and finishes including interior gypsum board assemblies, doors/frames/hardware, resilient flooring and base, ceramic tile, painting, electrical, and plumbing; replace cabinets and plumbing fixtures as specified in the kitchens and bathrooms; paint interior walls, ceilings, doors, and door frames.

· Cost Estimate: $2,315,000 to $2,569,665
· Construction Schedule (Anticipated):
o Start Date: 12-14-2022 - Approx. NTP Start Date
o Substantial Completion Date: 05-23-2023
SUBCONTRACTORS - ALL:
· HCS is requesting that ALL Pricing be submitted by 8 AM the Day of the Bid.
· Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form.
· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
