Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
The City of Georgetown’s new 15,500-square foot, 15 bay, 50-yard tactical hybrid indoor/outdoor firing range with support spaces will be located on the site of the Public Safety Operations and Training Center. This project will provide the City of Georgetown police department with a new state of the art firing range for police officers and other members of law enforcement to perform mandatory qualifications and training.
The City has already hired a contractor to install the tactical equipment, but it currently needs a contractor to construct the building in which the firing range will be located. The firing range is to be located on the Public Safety Operations and Training Center property, adjacent to the tactical training facility located at 3500 D.B. Wood Rd, Georgetown, Texas.
In addition to the Construction of the Firing Range, as outlined in Bid Drawings and Specifications, the contractor shall include within the bid providing the Existing Fire Training Tower with propane gas. The bid shall include excavation for 1000 AGUG inground propane tank, 1000 AGUG (propane) tank, running of ¾” gas lines in existing conduit from new propane tank to fire training building, (2) REG -1-R-Pol: Regulator, 1st Stage Red POL x 034FPT 2.25M BTU, (1) REG – 2-BM: Regulator, 2nd Stage Back-mount 034 FPT x 1.0M BTU (Low Pressure), trace wire and associated fittings and valves needed to complete full gas service to the existing Fire Training Tower. Record Drawings from previous construction of existing Fire Training Tower have been attached to this addendum for reference of existing conditions.

SUBCONTRACTORS - ALL:
· HCS is requesting that ALL Pricing be submitted by NOON the Day of the Bid.
· Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form.
· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
