Scope Includes but is not limited to the following:
Project includes a single construction for the window replacement including demolition and all work needed to complete project in a total of 90 Dwelling Units.
WORK DESCRIPTION:
1. Remove existing windows and install new energy-efficient aluminum single hung windows with thermal barrier. Modify openings as required to fit new windows, provide all required blocking, shims, and trim or panning system as required to complete a finished window installation, caulk for weathertight installation.
2. Existing heavy duty window screens to be removed, cleaned/stored, and re-installed by general contractor.
3. Patch, prime and repaint only at areas affected by work, texture to match adjacent finishes.

· Alternate-1 (Deduct): Omit all 38 Units on Site F.

· Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
