Scope Includes but is not limited to the following: Project includes a single construction for the fascias and soffits replacement including demolition and all work needed to complete project.
WORK DESCRIPTION: 1. Carefully remove and protect any communication cables, telephone, cable tv lines, etc. That interfere with fascia and soffit replacement. Contractor to re-install in full working order after soffit, fascia replacement, and painting work is complete. Carefully remove and protect satellite dishes, coordinate with owner for storage, owner to reinstall. 2. Remove existing soffits and replace with new vented hardie board soffits at site 'A.' 3. Prepare, prime, and paint all new and all previously painted exterior surfaces at site 'A.' 4. Remove existing fascias, trim, and soffits. Replace with new hardie board fascias, trim, and new vented hardie board soffits at site 'C.' 5. Prepare, prime, and paint all new and all previously painted exterior surfaces at site 'C.'

SUBCONTRACTORS - ALL: · HCS is requesting that ALL Pricing be submitted by 5 PM the Day BEFORE the Bid. · Please submit all pricing in the format/layout as shown in the Owners Proposal Form. · Detailed Pricing may be submitted elaborating upon the various costs for each Line Item, Alternate, or Unit Price, but it must also be provided in a form allowing for quick integration with the Owners Proposal Form.
